e-Reader emulation

This is all I found. I can open e-Reader (U) ROM in both VBA and No$GBA and with .sav files is easy to play minigames or sedn EON Ticket BUT first thing I want to know is how to use "Load e_Reader dotcode" function in No$GBA because not every card have .sav file. Sometimes there are only .bin and .raw and I know No$GBA is capable of reading these but stiil don;t know how ;/ There is also VBA e-Reader but I don't have specific .dll file and I need to download it and then I will try my luck.

The second important thing is that there are still some undumped cards like e-Skyridge and others. Maybe someone have it or know where to get it? And some of the cards don't have .sav file, jsut only raw and bin. We need those too ;]
