Article Posted by SCV: Modification to Comments and New Twitter
As some might have noticed when we released the new site, comments worked in a particular way. Due to the suggestion of some members we have changed the way commenting to news articles work. Like before, after a news article is approved, a thread is posted in the news discussion. However, instead of the old system, where it was handled by checking the RSS feed (with some lag due to the possibility of posting right after the RSS was checked), the thread is now made in real time. Furthermore, our twitter status is updated in real time with a link to the news article.
We have also added a new feature for Admins to post updates. When we post an update, a post is made in the "Keep Updated with out updates" thread and updates our twitter status as well. For those who follow ProjectPokemon on twitter, please follow project_pokemon.
