Making a set of Hoenn starters. Do I need to mess with 85h?

I want to make the pokemon look like they were pal parked to me, so I'm assuming I need to leave 85h on 0. But Treecko, Torchic & Mudkip are starters. So I was thinking that maybe the 85h value should be 0C.

If you're making it look like they were pal parked to Diamond or Pearl, you can leave it blank. I can't remember off hand how it works for Platinum and HGSS.

And don't bump threads. This board doesn't move THAT fast.
