Import PGT Files on Save File

Hi,
I try yo use pokesav to import a pgt file on my platinum save but when i receive the the gift (the Korea battle series arcanaine) the name of the pokemon and the OT name only appear as a bunch o ?.
Can anyone please help me.
I try to use PDC-Safe but i was only able to load the pdc file on save, not the pgt file.
