Afaik.. there's no such thing as a "real" R4i, they're ALL clones since the original dudes who made the R4 closed up shop awhile ago.

also, have you tried using DSkiosk to load it? a friend of mine has an r4i like yours, and can use this fine through that.

Thanks for the suggestion, but DSkiosk didn't even boot up for me (Blank Screen).

But the good news is that I just got a AceKard 2i yesterday
But now I have to find a DS/DSL to run the 1.4 patch on... ughghg...

I've found a bug in PPSE-DS...

If a Pokémon has Beauty, it will show Toughness.
If it has Cuteness, it will show Smartness.

That's in the Pokémon editing part.

the best thing to do then is put the same stat for all of them...

I prefer editing toughness instead of beauty and smartness instead of cuteness than having an hacked Pokémon.

How come PID is affected?

Shiny status is based off of three things

the pid is a 4 byte integer, and sid and id are both 2 bytes each

split the pid and half and do this

(pid0 ^ pid1 ^ sid ^ id)

if this is less than 8, then the pokemon is shiny. This means changing the sid or tid of a pokemon will change its shiny status.

as for the ardsi, i say you should look for the GnM dldi, it works on mine
