it's a bug fix with the box 5 AR code output if I read the changelog correctly.

i wana know if it only works for the ar cartridge or also the roms. cuz i use the nogba to vba converter for my file and it wont import the codes in

here is the 0.03 changes taken from the readme, and what google translates them to (lol).

- Want what juncture HG / SS was intended for.
- You can change the coordinates of your present location.
- When the name space to reflect the name埋Menai the 0x00 box.

- たいせつなものを HG/SS 用のものにした.
- 現在地座標を変更可能にした.
- ボックス名反映時に名前領域に 0x00 を埋めないようにした．

The basic changes of this version as i ve been able to find them are:
*The pokeballs made of Apricorn are now available to be edited
*Also the key items of this Version are available for edition
*So does the Pokegear has its real name
Basically the names of this proper version and not the D/P/PT are shown
Also the map editting is now on

The pokesav program I opened doesn't even show Japanese in it.

You need Asian Language Support installed to see Japanese characters. AppLocale should do it. Works on Vista, but I'm not sure about 7.

A translated version is already out, in full English. Cheers to da_letter_a for the translation!
