    Help generating a Common GBA Event (Restricted) PID

    All I can seem to come up with is (Unrestricted). I really want a Timid 10 Aniv Celebi, anyone have any luck coming up with one?

    I didn't think there was anything that could generate a Restricted PID/IV set... the relationship's never been made public, has it?

    Anyway, wish I could help, but the only 10 Aniv Celebi's I've got are Quirky, Jolly, Impish and Naughty.
