I've just uninstalled it, and it still shows my save files, as something different.
I want to change it back to normal (Not recognized from some program)

It still works the same just if you click on the save file it will open with your desired program.

To show extensions in Windows Explorer, go to Tools>Folder Options>View tab>Unceck Hide extensions for known file types.
And if you really don't want .savs to be opened with a specific program, from the Folder Options window, go to the File Types tab, scroll down to the SAV extension then delete it.
