I seem to have problems with the Y cheat option showing up! I've inserted the cheats in USRCHEAT myself (found the Game ID through the option that allows you to do it on Cheat Code Editor), but the menu just isn't showing up.

Anywho, I found the code for the Shokotan Pichu you're supposed to get in Platinum.
L+R to activate, it'll be in box nine, at the bottom. Take it to the Ilex Shrine, and press A.

Dang, the codes are already here.. I guess this just adds convenience.
Anywho, about the HM problem mentioned earlier in the thread, I have an alternate solution.
The "HM moves are erasable" code? Gets rid of whatever HM you use just like a TM.
Just teach some junk pokemon the HMs you AREN'T supposed to have and bam! They're gone.
Though I activated the TM/HMs code before I even got to Cherrygrove, and it's been fine....
