evandixon Posted April 15, 2015 Share Posted April 15, 2015 PKHeX is a save editor that only reads and edits decrypted save files, and is not affiliated with RAM exploits (like Ram2Sav) that aid in decrypting the save. Also, it is more complicated than simply updating. The exploit that was used was patched, and until a brand new one is found and developed, it is impossible.
