If there is anyone one who is willing to make a slaking with PkHeX with a speed boost ability and with the moves thrash amnesia play rough and phantom force. 212 evs in the attack and defense stat and the remainder in special defense and max iv. he does not want it shiny. Aging thank you if you can help i know its alot but my littler brother has been upset for 2 weeks and his birthday coming up it would mean the world to him if i we could get this done and he slaking is his fav pokemon. Hasn't this been talked about before? This pokemon can't be traded via wifi, I can provide a QR code. That would only work if you didn't update your 3DS. You can then trade the pokemon locally with your brother.
