Location

I noticed that in the Trainer Info, it says coordinates (XYZ) and current map under "Map Position." So is it possible to change those to be in a location you want? Namely, a Mirage Spot? There's the Mirage Island with only Ditto and Munna that I want to be in without waiting for the right streetpassing/passersby.

I tried it a couple of weeks ago to get to Crescent Isle. It does not work that good. The only thing you can change is the number of the Map, the coordinates do nothing when edited. So you'd need to have a decrypted ROM to determine which map ID you need with the tool "RSWE". Save anywhere, edit the ID, load your save file, see if it worked, it's that "simple" The problem is that most of the times you do it like this you will just see a black screen when you load the save file so you need to edit it back to its original state. Also, I don't know if you will actually be able to encounter wild Pokémon like this, because when I finally was able to "warp" myself onto Crescent Isle the ring you need to interact with to encounter Cresselia was moved forwards a bit, so you simply couldn't access with.

There's an easier method to being able to fly to multiple Mirage Spots though and that is Homepass, just google it

I know about Homepass, but that's still waiting and relying on someone else to have Crescent Isle and the Ditto Mirage Island (those are the specific places I want control over). I haven't progressed much in OR since discovering Crescent Isle for the first time in mid December, as I'm saved to that place, but don't exit unless when I soar out of there, the island's still visible.

Then your best is to contact Kaphotics and ask him why editing the coordinates doesn't have any effect in the game Though you'd probably still have to be on the Ditto Mirage Island once in the normal way to actually get the required coordinates and the Map ID
