Step one: Download the file off of the Event Download section of the website.
Step two: Find someone with Pokesav and an AR to upload the file to Pokesav and then export the ARDS code.
Step three: Generate the code and have the pokemon created by use of the code.
Step four: have it traded to your game from the other person via Wifi.
Step five: You're done.
