Switch as in swap the white and the green/yellow so that it won't look like a frost dragon? Or is it something else you needed?
I do this with a program called MS Paint... if you use Windows it should be in Accessories.

yeah pretty much that and ive tried using that software but it comes with the white background and i dont know how to remove it... nor do i know how to change the colors so well like you do lol.
do you zoom into the picture and change it bit by bit?

I should probably post this at original post but there is a program called IrfanView (Google it, it's free) which can make your background transparent. Before that I used my RPG Maker XP's inner function of making a PNG color transparent.
