Very low. My network maxes out at 2mb/s but individual machines usually get .5mb/s
That's the closest location it gave me. I live near Charleston, SC :P The results are surprising considering how old this computer is.

Sabresite: Sorry I deleted your signature pic on accident, .
Finally got better internet about two years ago...
The connection usually fluctuates (due to the crappy ISP), but it averages around 3Mb/s down and 1Mb/s up...
...oh, but when I'm at work (which is also my school), I get EXTREMELY jealous... We have 50+Mb/s download and 55+Mb/s upload!..
EDIT: I took this today, while working, at peak usage here...
THIS IS WHY I'M JEALOUS!!!

Why can't I think of anything else to put as my avatar?
University connections are usually really fast. But most of them put measures in place so they can't be used for illegal purposes/purposes that could get the university sued.
My PokeCheck Stuff:
Stuff I got myself.
Togepi Breeding Project
Dream World/Global Link Pokes
Stuff from other peeps:
Level 1 RNG IV bred
RNG Wild Captures
RNG Dream World/Global Link
Cool PokeWalker Stuff
Box of Berries and Items
If you want any of these mons without the Classic "clone" Ribbon, just download the pkm file and use PokeGTS
It's 100% legit. It would prolly be closer to a 250/250 if I waited until early morning and did it outside my dorm room. Like randomspot said, university connections can be obscenely fast. As for abuse: they are pretty liberal but they'll cut you off if they receive any threats from the media companies. Supposedly there is also a 10GB/wk upload cap but I'm not sure if they enforce that.
TBH I don't torrent here because it would be like driving the speed limit in a Lamborghini. I have a $10/mo unlimited Usenet connection and it takes full advantage of my bandwidth.
