Nintendo events distributed via DS

Last time I went to get an event(TRU Regigigas), I managed to see how they distribute the event to the store(and parking-lot), Truthfully it's just a DS cartridge that the employees put in their DS, Load it. Then people in the store can get the event.

I really want one ive looked every where for one and ive only seen the gba one i really want one but can never find one i wonder where people get them?

I guess from an employee at the place where an event is distributed is how they are obtained.

Yeah but i herd nintendo ask for them back withen 12 days after the event is over if they dont get them back then they stop hosting events there.

They don't stop hosting the event. There is a fine. (something like $125)
