Shiny Milotic and Shiny Pichu

Hi guys! I just downloaded from that site two new event Pokemon Japanese Shiny Pichu and American Shiny Milotic. When i add them to legality checker it says:
"Hacked Mystery Gift"

I have Legality Checker vB54

Are these events legit?

Please look around before asking questions. This one has been asked numerous times already.

Legality Checker needs to be updated to specifically account for new event Pokemon as they are released.

Sabresite hasn't updated in a while, so they show up as such.
They should be fully legal if you downloaded them from here and didn't change anything that would unlegalify it.
