Deoxys PKM Hack Report

I'm not really sure where to put this .. but well
since this sub-forum concern "legality" so I will post this here >_<

anyway I got feeling that Deoxys in the PKM DB in GenIII =-= is hacked
i know the PID-IV relation matched each other .. but
lets see the other things
1. it has invalid trashbyte (checked with latest legality checker)
2. see the value of 85h, it shows 02(tall grass) instead of 00 for "pal parked" pokemon
so i feel that there is a possibility that this "deoxys" is hacked in a program like pokesav or using hex editor...

I also attached the "fixed" version of deoxys from the DB
but still it won't change the facts that .. somthin is not right with this deoxys =_=
