Nintendo Ds screen capturing

Hi all, I couldn't find a thread anywhere about this topic, and I figured this is the place to ask, so if its in the wrong spot, please say so and I'll gladly move it or delete it.

So anyway, I recently got a R4 3DS and I was just wondering if there was any sort of way to Capture the top and bottom screen of the 3ds. I want to start making Pokemon wifi battles or walkthroughs, but the only way I can record them now is by Desmume, and because my laptop is terrible, it's incredibly slow

you can always just make a setup to record with a camcorder

These things exist, but they apparently aren't sold to the public, so it's either DeSmuMe or a video camera.
