I'm getting this window everytime I try to update the AR.

Hmmm....
I have no clue why it is doing that, and why it stopped happening to me. You are obviously running XP.
Try checking to see if you have the latest version of Visual C++.
If you do not,
Download x86
Download x64
Still getting the error. >:
Are you using Custom Codelists?
Not sure what you mean by that, to be honest. >.> Summer has me running blank on most things lately.
Anything in the "My Codelists" box is a custom Codelist.
Is the highlighted thing the one you are using?
I'm putting the new codes in that, yes.
Do I have to delete the other codelists in order for it to run?
No.
Do you have the latest version of the software? Try clicking the update button that looks like a DS cartrage.
I did, says no new products.
Just to make sure, right-click on the icon or title bar and select "About Action Replay Code Manager..." and reply with the version number.
Version 1.23, US
That's obviously not the problem. I have v1.22 US (which is odd: I hit "Update" and there are no vailable updates).
Um, can you just put up with it, or does it crash before you can do anything useful, because I don't think I can help you.
Darn. >:
Thanks for the help anyway, I appreciate it.
You know, I didn't see the x86 one.
The x64 didn't work, Win 32 didn't like it, I was halfway through x86 and I got an error.
Do I put the codes in the DS list on the left side? >.>

well, Runtime Errors can be one of these things that can trigger them.
link to information about the these possibilities
this webpage can tell you, of what's going on. it can be that something is wrong with your computer, not the program; or maybe it can be the other way around, as the program itself is screwing up, and not the computer.
but those are just my guesses.
anyway, when you have the time and chance, look up information about this on Google; because Google is your friend. >.>

a MegaMan fan, in a Pokémon hacking message board.. unusual, is it not?
somewhat of an ARDS expert. ask me anything, if you have trouble using ARDS codes or the Code Manager.
if I don't reply back through PM for at least three days of when you sent the PM, contact Baka_Kyuubi84 through PM. he'll help you.
one little reminder, I DON'T MAKE AR CODES!! I only test them to see if they work and help others use ARDS Code Manager easily and efficiently.
one thing to let you all know...
Spoiler
does that answer your question?
