There's a Pokemon Summer Festival happening at the Tobu Department store in Utsunomiya, Japan in August.
There will be a variety of events, and a Mystery Gift Pokemon distribution to Black 2 and White 2 games from Aug 9 to 21. The Pokemon is not yet decided.

Sorry, but seeing that you are encouraging people to use bulbapedia as their reference, I'm closing this.

Edit: Right, I see it now... they updated the pdf.
And stated that the date is from Aug 11.... which means it's the same date as the wi-fi version. Which means it's most likely just going to be via a Nintendo Zone unit, or more likely the Nintendo 3DS Station which is no doubt already set up at this department store.
