AR DS Driver help

I am having trouble installing the drivers for Windows 7 64-bit and would like some help. I have all the files, but this error keeps coming up. http://imgur.com/A7jlS

How are you telling it to find the drivers?

Yes, I have tried going into device manager and manually selecting the file. It does not work as you can see in the screenshot. It says "the system cannot find the file specified."

Are you installing the drivers from the CD or from the official site? Whichever you are, try the other.

I've tried both. Same error both times. I have tried uninstalling the entire program and erasing all the files, but no luck.

You can try my video and see if that helps. If you can give me step by step instructions on what you're doing, maybe I can figure it out.
