Pokegen Won't Load Sav File

I'm using the Black 2 Rom, and the BW2 Pokegen, when I load the file, it keeps giving me the same Message Saying

"The file's size doesn't match any of the supported types"

Can someone help me with this Please??

Ensure that your save is the right size. It should be 512KB. If it works like other Pokemon games, 256KB works, but Pokegen won't accept it (you should fix this, Codr).

If the save is not the right size, resize it at http://saves.uniquegeeks.net/ by converting from raw to raw with a target size of 512KB (unless they finally increased the save size to 1MB. Anyway, try 512KB, and if that doesn't work, try other sizes).

sorry to reply to this, but...how do you make it save correctly?
I edit a pokemon's stats and save it as a .sav but when I load it, nothing's changed?
