REQUEST: Looking for a few AR codes!

EDIT: I'm really looking for a Pokemon modifier code that is NOT for wild Pokemon encounters, i.e. for Pokemon that you own (either in your party or your PC box). I feel like this would involve a hex code of some sort but I can't be sure, please help if you can!

Hello there! I just joined because I've scoured the Interewebs for a few AR codes for Pokemon Black but sadly I cannot find them and decided to turn to fellow Pokemon players

Here are the codes I'm looking for:

-change identity of owned Pokemon (ex. Samurott to Serperior, etc.)
-change level for "Pokemon encountered at level (so and so)"
-change date of when you encountered a Pokemon

Basically I want to take my Samurott (I chose Oshawott), turn it into a Snivy/Servine/Serperior, and still have it retain the encounter information (ex. Nature, 3/6/2011, Nuvema Town, Met at Lv. 5., Characteristic).

If there's no way to change my Samurott then I would like the other codes so that I could, say, change a measly Patrat into appearing like it was "my" starter Snivy.

I could make you said code, but first I'll need you to make a .PKM file of your Samurott using Pokécheck.
