    ir-gts error 10013

    When I open the ir-gts it closes immediately. I even opened the cmd prompt and directed it to the ir-gts folder manually and it still won't work. It says "An attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions". I am the admin on my pc. How do I fix this?

    edit: I also turned off my firewall, still nothing.

    Are you running TeamViewer? Kill anything using Internet, like Skype.

    Also try using Shiny2 instead of IR-GTS, I find it better.

    I don't even have teamviewer or skype. It used to work a while ago then all of a sudden it stopped working. I'll try Shiny2.
