TRU Shaymin Is "Mystery Gift (Hacked)"

I attempted to create my own TRU Shaymin with Pokegen 3.0.5. However, when I check its legality, it is shown to be hacked. Could someone please tell me what I am doing wrong so that I may correct my mistakes?

So I take it that the problem is the PID? How does one correct this issue? I have tried several algorithms, including 10 and 11, but to no avail.

I'd recommend, instead of starting a Shaymin from scrap, go get a legal TRU Shaymin from pokecheck.org (or extract one from the wonder card yourself at projectpokemon.org/events) and then make the appropriate modifications.
