PKMN BLACK/WHITE - Music, Dialogue, Name, OW Sprite, and Trainer Sprite changes for Alder?

Hey, I have some questions about modding Alder the Champion in Pokemon Black Version...

NO IDEA HOW TO DO PLEASE HELP:
1. How do I change the battle music when battling Alder?
2. How do I change the dialogue before you battle him and while you're battling him?
3. How do I change his Mugshot name and In-Battle name?
4. How do I create a sprite sheet for Alder? (I got the sprites, just don't know how to organize them for the game to read)
