female rocket grunt?

did anyone notice them? i haven't spot any until 5 island right before team rocket's ware house. a little late in the game don't you think?

or maybe i've over looked them during the game... which i'm really thorough

It really doesn't matter. Nobody pays any attention to the Grunts anyways, so why would anyone care about the gender? But it still is odd though. Why would they make such a lack of female characters? I wonder...

I could have sworn I'd seen more female grunts in my playthrough of the game (at least before five island, anyway). I can't be entirely sure though, as I don't exactly have screenshots to prove it.

Maybe because there were no female Rocket Grunts in the original games, so they waited until the new area they added to add in the female grunts. I actually liked the adding of female grunts in GSC, so seeing them in FRLG was a welcomed surprise.

That could be it. Due to the limitation of space in GB cartridges, they must have not had any more space for a female grunt, and to make this remake faithful, not add female grunts until the part where they changed. Makes sense to me.

I have only spotted a few of them and they really didn't look that much different.
