[NA] Manual Stats set to zero in-game

Ok, first post here. When I save a .pkm file with pokegen v3.0.4, I receive it in-game and the stats are set to zero in my party, and set to what they should be in the pc boxes. And when I open the .pkm file in pokegen, the stats are set back to normal again... any way to fix this?

Manual stats are only saved in party Pokemon files, not PC Pokemon files. I just tested and it's working fine.

What am I supposed to use to upload the .pkm file? I use http://www.pokegts.us/5thGen_Upload.aspx
In pokegen, I save the .pkm file, then close pokegen. When I re-open the file in pokegen, The stats are set to what they should be.
Is there something I'm missing?

What you're missing is that this forum is labeled "PokeGen" and not "PokeGTS".
