what program do people use to make ar codes that pokesav and pokegen can't make. such as "wild pokemon mod" and "use bag inside battle froniter"? please help me thanks

I recommend looking up Action Replay codes on the codejunkies website. They should have a list of the games as well as the codes that can be implanted in them. If they don't have them and if PokeGen and PokeSav don't have them either, my guess is that they have not been created, at least not yet.
