Possible to somehow use old GL account?

I wasn't sure where this would go, so I'm hoping Miscellaneous works.

Anyway, my Pokemon Black got stolen, and it's annoying how GL Support won't even seem to try and let me retain all of my C-Gear skins and whatnot from my old GL save. Is there any way to make the Game Sync ID on my new copy of Black the old Sync ID through an AR or something, or am I SOL? It's frustrating, because some of those skins that are done are my favorites.

Do you have a savegame file of your old game?

Unfortunately, my M3 with all my backups happened to be in the case with the DS and game at the time. =/

At the very least, there seems to be a tool I can use to put C-Gear skins on, but it seems complicated to me.
