tru event dragonite please

I am simply requesting either just the wonder card to the tru dragonite event if it can be traded over wifi(not sure if it can) or the dragonite itself though it must be completely legit, so that legit checks will not get me booted off of tournaments if I use it.

I could give you a code for the .pgt since the WC can't be distributed off wifi.
I can't do wifi trades, though, for Pokemon I need to enter codes for.

I have an old TRU Dragonite on my Diamond if you want that. It's got Fly instead of Thunderbolt for its attacks, the rest is untouched. I'm not sure if that one's legit, though.
