This Victini code works (personally tested on AR DSi 1.25)
Load this code individually. Do not have any other code enabled or you will get a white screen.
Note: do EXACTLY what I type.
(Optional but saves time: save right in front of a pokecentre)
Load it up with your AR until you get to the menu screen with "Continue", "New Game", etc.
Press Select + Up
Press Continue.
(If you're right in in front of pokecentre) Hold Select and up until you enter pokecentre.
The man should be there and will give you the Liberty Pass.
WARNING: SAVE IMMEDIATELY AND DO NOT DO ANYTHING ELSE.
Restart your DS without the AR and boot up your game.
Go to Castelia City now and go to the westernmost pier. (The screen should tilt counter-clockwise when you're on the pier)
Talk to the man on the left beside the boat.
He should say "Oh! That's a Liberty Pass. Would you like to go to Liberty Garden now?" or something like that.
Beat the few galactic grunts on the island and Victini should be waiting in the basement.
Note: If you accidentally faint Victini or flee, do not fear! Just re-enter the room and Victini will be waiting for you again.

Might be worth mentioning what you're supposed to do if you're not standing in front of the Pokécenter, or that you HAVE to be standing in front of it. That part was a little unclear. Otherwise, great job. A lot of people will appreciate this code!

Action Replay DSi code manager won't allow me to put the full code into my ARDSi
EDIT: Nvm I ended up splitting the code into 2 parts and putting in two codes that I have to activate at the same time (part 1 is on top of the codelist and part 2 is on the bottom) but I finally bypassed that dumb glitch or restriction or whatever it is that causes most of the code to be deleted.
Tested and works on the Action Replay DSi firmware 1.8 on Pokemon Black (US) with Nintendo 3DS v3.0.0-6U (I have an ARDSi that is compatible with Nintendo 3DS)

Odd, I was able to copy the whole code over to my ARDSi with no problem at all. Although, my ARDSi is the kind that doesn't work with 3DS(It's the oldest model of ARDSi, which has the MicroSD slot). Firmware version 1.25.

It doesn't matter what model it is, the latest firmware (v1.8) makes it work on the 3DS. Yours might actually be better, since the microSD slot allows for DS homebrew and savegame editing/ replacingOriginally Posted by mbruno

So the model of Action Replay DSi does matter.Older versions of the DSi Action Replay hardware are NOT compatible with the 3DS console, however, the latest hardware being produced and shipped directlyfrom www.codejunkies.com will allow codes to run on DS/DSi games on a 3DS console.
Older hardware versions cannot be upgraded to be compatible with the 3DS console via software update; new Action Replay DSi hardware must be purchased from Code Junkies to ensure compatibility.

True , it does matter. datel seem to have messed up when upon their last work on dsi and never expected the market of 3ds
Does anyone knows if this code works with a normal Action Replay DS? By normal I mean the one with the latest firmware being 1.71, for DS Lite. I've tried to use it and I can't make the gift guy appear. Also, I've already tried other codes with the same purpose and he did appear but the only thing he said to me was that he had nothing else to give me, as if I already had the ticket, which I don't.
