First, this Level 50 Victini knows the move V-create, an immensely powerful Fire-type move that also lowers Victini’s Defense, Special Defense, and Speed. To cap it off, this Victini knows the signature moves of both Reshiram and Zekrom: Fusion Flare and Fusion Bolt! The user throws down a giant thunderbolt. This attack does greater damage when influenced by an enormous flame.

An inferno of scarlet flames torches everything around the user. It may leave targets with a burn.

Very good move, Nintendo. This is probably the best way for this event to be distributed.
I must say, this is the very last thing I would have expected.

I would assume the international dates would be the same, unless Nintendo changed the way their Wi-Fi servers work.

Besides, an ID number of 12031 would make more sense, seeing as pretty much every other event have used a MMDDY format.

Not for the UK, they got their event at the same time as the US did.
It would be strange if they did a re-run of the event, though.
But the UK website states December 3rd 2011-January 15th 2012 for their event.
