What stopped you from watching the anime (if you stopped watching)?

Hey, watch it!!! Blaziken is my favorite pokemon! Don't diss Blaziken!

I have not stopped watching the anime, and I never will.

Nevertheless, I would think Charizard has an advantage over Blaziken. I am not taking favoritism into account, I would think Charizard has the type advantage over Blaziken and being faster it should be able to take it down is all >.>

BTW I don't know why but I seem to like the Kanto episodes. And random you are right... Johto is filled with pointless fillers I got disgusted. I did not realize this until now though.

Well for me i thought Up to johto The pokemon anime was pretty good..But i thought ruby//sapphire games were pretty good until i saw the anime..Misty was awsome and they took her out for some mother ****ing girl named ''May'' and if i am not correct the same voice actor for misty/nurse joy/may/dawn did all of those characters ''correct me if i am wronge''.

Watch what you say about certain characters (even if you say it in *'s). May happens to be one of my favorites (In my opinion, I think she is cuter than Misty. Way cuter).


And I know Charizard has an advantage over Blaziken (in most cases), but he is still my favorite (one reason why May is one of my favorite characters.)

Anyway, I think the anime is awesome, so I should probably stop posting here.

i just started watching other shows

like most of the people in the US...we all stopped watching after the 3rd or 4th movie around Johto series. I forgot what happened but I remember hating that episode "pikachu revolts " and getting scared of the red eyes (I was 6) besides, in mexico some thing came up calling pokemon the devil. I never saw the 4th or 5th movie and didnt know what happened until i saw the premier of pokemon diamond and pearl in 2006 on cartoon network. I stopped and play the games only till 2010 where i bought the soul silver game and got reminded of my past.

I dont really like the anime as much anymore. I feel that old director who created the anime and died recently made the anime good. now it sucks and if you watch the english version, i feel kidswb was great at dubbing the series despite its mistakes. the english dub is like the sailor moon dub, tho all those edits and stuff, they still made it great by making it seem more sad then the japanese version.

after 12 years...i just saw the pokemon the first movie all over again and i teared up of the great story the orginal anime in english will always make me tear and the score makes it even more beautiful. the english version from kidswb always makes me laugh while cartoon network tries to hard

One small thing that made me stop: Ash went places with Brock (I skipped a lot) but when I returned, Dawn, or Brock weren't there. Unova is saddening
