a program similar to IR-GTS that functions foe the black/white random wifi battles? I think this would be cool because then people could organize private wifi servers that would allow people playing a particular mod to easily battle competitively against others using the same mod. I am just starting to learn programming, so I don't really know how to go about this, I just want to throw this idea out there. I also apologize if this is the wrong forum for this, I am not really sure where this would belong.

I don't see why it wouldn't be feasible, although it would probably mean exploiting the Random Matchup server which would mean you wouldn't be able to battle a person of your choosing unless they were the only person on the server.
