IV's

My friend asked me to make a Virizion with the following IV's:

HP: 31
ATK: 30
DEF: 30
SP. ATK: 31
SP. DEF: 31
SPD: 31

When I use the PID Finder and made sure that the polarity for each stat is =, it doesn't give me any PID's when I press search. When I change the polarity to either + or -, it keeps changing the IV's. In Pokesav, it doesn't have this sort of problem when I create a Pokemon. Does anyone know how to fix this?

There is no IV-PID relation for 5th Gen Pokemon.

Pokesav sucks.

Ironically giving a gen 5 pokémon a valid type 1 PID is the best way to make it appear hacked.
