Is there a way to transfer an entire box of Pokemon at once?

Sorry if I've overlooked something obvious but I'm wanting to move about 3 boxes of Pokemon from Platinum to White and I can't find an option in Pokegen/Sav to do it. If I have to do them all one by one that's fine but if there's an easier way it'd be cool to know.

There's currently no way to SAVE groups of Pokemon at a time. You can, however, drag multiple .pkm files at once into a box. Expanding on this, as well as adding saving, is planned, but probably won't happen any time soon.

You can use Pokésav for this, it has a function that allows you to save and load boxes.
