Well, these are the rules for new tournaments:

1) All users who are members of the PP Tournaments usergroup can create new tournaments. All users can join this usergroup.

2) To participate in a tournament, you must either do one of the following:

a) Have PM'd a staff member on Shoddy Battle/off site. If you are not a member of Project Pokemon forums, you will have to let them know that you want to be included in whichever tournament is being held.

b) Join the usergroup.

3) All tournaments should be designed fairly, with an equal chance for all members to progress to the next level. Set up the first round through random means. This means NO SEEDING (As of now).
