Oh ok, how can I tell what pokemon HA aren't released? I thought they all were the site I use tell what the HA are nothing about it not being released. trying to make some sinnoh starters but they keep coming out wrong. I can't figure out why they look the same as all my other pokemon that do pass through transporter, here is an example of one that does not work. Wanting some PKM files to use especially event pokemon but this site only has PGF the best I can figure

I was wondering if this was possible to do. on the website, they have a ton of event pokemon but they are all in pgf, which is wonder card I believe. However I am unable to save on the computer and what not/ don't know how. So anyways I am using my AR to make and insert pokemon into my box 1 for transport but I can't figure how to do these event pokemon since the above issue, the files aren't in PKM

Trying to make Kyogre, one shiny one not. all the moves are legal, the PID are correct, one set to hoenn, one set to johto (one from sapphire, one from heart gold) but they won't pass pokecheck so Idk what I am doing wrong. Could someone write me a basic layout for one, including only the neccessary data for legality sakes. Shaymin is giving me the same issue too, trying to make a shiny sky form shaymin. sinnoh region platinum game the whole same thing. if someone could give me some help I would really appreciate it!
