  1. Okay, I have kind of a complex question that I'm having trouble finding the answer to. In fifth gen and previous game, PIDs of shiny Pokemon had no affect on their IVs. (i.e. you could Pokegen a shiny Pokemon and change its IVs to your liking, and it would still be legal.) Is this still true in X/Y? If I got a legit shiny (not Powersaves'd) and modified its IVs using Powersaves, would it be flagged as illegal? I haven't been able to find a reliable way of determining what is and isn't illegal in X/Y. Pokemon Bank doesn't have hack checks (only Transporter), and Battle Spot appears to accept any Pokemon that is from X/Y.
  2. That's okay, I'll just use 3.1.10 until I get a new computer, which should be in a few months or so.
  3. I have an AMD Athlon XP 1500+, and 1gb of RAM (which I know is terrible, but I got it for free some six years ago). I know for sure that my processor does not support SSE2.
  4. Okay, here's the PokeGen.dmp file: http://www.mediafire.com/?gg8ykkfa894t3yb
  5. I have disabled the default Windows firewall, and I've even made an exception, and I still cannot get it to start. I do have the PokeGen.dmp file if it's of use to anyone.
  6. If you couldn't tell by the title, the newest version of Pokégen (3.1.13) is not opening for me at all, despite the update making it able to run on XP. Nothing comes up, not even an error. I am running Windows XP Proffesional SP3, and I have tried disabling my antivirus before running the program.
