  1. An important question: are both the games and the 3DS in their latest firmware?
  2. Alright, thanks. I guess I'll just contact the designer of this program. It's amusing how there are instructions for backing up saves but not for restoring them.
  3. Even if I did that, it would come up with nothing. There are no top-screen instructions or status messages like in the backup option, and instead it's a blank screen no matter what I do. EDIT: So, it seems that when you go to 3dbrew's page providing the DSaveManager download, it says in the changelog that they added "restore from FAT." What does this mean, exactly? That's probably the whole problem.
  4. Sadly, that didn't change anything. I'll give you video footage of the error in this link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fOPGUq3mEbo&feature=youtu.be
  5. No, this cartridge was bought in 2011. However, the problem isn't even due to the cartridge. While my Acekard is still in there, it gives me the error message, meaning I can't even begin the process of restoring saves. I tried taking out the Acekard and inserting the game while the screen was blank, but it still gave me the same result.
  6. Yes. I successfully backed up a save file from one of my cartridges and it appeared as a .bin called "dump."
  7. Do you know how to restore saves with DSaveManager? Every time I select the option, it gives me the following text: "Could not open ""!" By the way, this text only appears for a split second.
  8. I'm sorry if this has been asked already, but is there a list out there that identifies the narc entries within PPTXT?
  9. Yes, the savegame manager is giving that error and yes, incoming connections are allowed by my firewall.
  10. Question. I beg of you, please don't ignore it. I swear my directory folder is exactly how it is written on smallftpd. I've checked hundreds of times. So...why does it say "dirFile access failed???" Not only that, but most likely because of that, when I press A after switching between my flash card and my retail card whenever I try to backup or restore a file, nothing appears on the bottom screen as opposed to those dots in brackets. Yeah...please help. As a note, I've allowed this program through my firewall, used the correct IP address, and had my username, password, and FTP port number match up.
