  1. Thanks Kaphotics. I just needed this because I had been RNG'ing ID/SID in Fire Red and it was frustrating having to save state and collect a starter each time to identfy if it had worked.
  2. Does anyong here have the memory address of the ID/SID in PKMN FR English version? I was able to use the Emerald script's part on Sapphire but with the Sapphire address for the ID/SID to display those attributes, now I would like to do the same for Fire Red. Or if possible coud one upload a script with the ability to see the ID/SID in Fire Red please?
  3. What kind of stupid answer was that? Insinuating that I do not know what I am talking about? You have a staraptor that is level 1...how the hell did you think that would pass a hack check? Just because a hatched pokemon does not have the level it was met at displayed because it would naturally be lv1 does not mean that nintendo would not have a hack check to ban clearly illegitimate pokemon. After all, you cannot trade underleveled evolved pokemon on the GTS. Also clearly those two pokemon are unobtainable at that level...Clearly there is some sort of filter to prevent Pokemon that are clearly hacked from use. Did you even change the met in place? That was also a clear problem. Only the egg hatched at should be 2000 for hatched Pokemon...otherwise the status screen will say "Day-Care Couple, Egg Hatched" which is a clear indicator for a hack.
  4. Three things: Pokesav tells methe Pokemon do not have a trainer name. Also the met in place is daycarecouple, obviously hacked since daycarecouple is only to be used for the egg hatched at, the met in place should be where the pokemon would ideally hatch, such as a route or town. Also, lv1 staraptor/blissey? Those are impossible to get legally. The earliest you get blissey at is at least lv2 if at max happiness.I'm actually suprised the blissey is getting though...what is up with the hack check...that blissey should also be illegal.
  5. Max happiness of 255. I am not surebut I believe that the same constraints exist for contest stats as they do for regular evs. All non-bred Pokemon from Gen IV and Gen III legends are Type 1. Bred Pokemon can be any type, as long as they come from an egg.
  6. Is this due to laziness on the partof the post creator? What I have said still has not been amended to the first post. The Pal Park 86h for HG/SS is still listed as 00 even though the 86h depends on the Pokeball caught in. Technically that means that the guide contains erroneous data.
  7. Use RNG Reporters IV-PID feature to get a SID that will give your Pokemon shinyness. No, chained shiny only applies to Pokeradar shinies and the Red Gyarados, and hypothetically coloured event Pokemon. The way to get non-bred shiny Pokemon is just get a type 1 PID that's shiny. If it is hatched it can be any type, only caught Pokemon or Pokemon recieved in in-game events should be type 1. Read this article for information on method to use.
  8. For a normal Shiny Pokemon just change the SID to one that will make your Pokemon become shiny. The Red Gyarados is a chained shiny whose PID/IV has to be generated in a different manner to perfectly replicate the game. Iknow that there is a way to gnerate a chained shiny PID, it's just that I cannot remember it off the top of my head right now.
  9. 1. In another thread someone who actually opened a Pokewalker Pokemon in Pokesav said the 85h is 00 and the 86h is 04. 2. As long as they were caught or bred in Pokemon HG/SS, or Pal Parked to Pokemon HG/SS. then yes. 3. Is this about Lugia? If surfing in a cave and you encounter a Pokemon then the 85h should be cauught while surfing or something to that degree. 4. I do not know about the shuckle but Bill's eevee has 18 for the 85h.
  10. Was the PID/IV type 1? Was the EV's correct(510 in total, max 255 per stat), was the contest stats correct, was the hometown correct, was the met in place correct, was the hex values correct, etc. Unless we know about your Dragonite it is impossible to determine whether it was generated perfectly.
  11. Its the IV/PID combo. All Gen IV PKMN that aren't from wondercards/mystery gift should be type 1. Get a good IV/PID for a quiet Pokemon and then use the PID/IV button to obtain a legit Quiet Pokemon, that is type 1.
  12. Considering that the hex value for Pal park is 37, which is stored in the 46h, while the hex for Link Trade (arrived)is 46h D1 and 47h 07, it means that Pal Parked Pokemon keep the values they obtained on palparking, to a respective game.
  13. Why would trading it have any effect? It displays the data from the Gen 3 game it was originally caught on. If everything matches what's in the article then your pokemon will be leigit.
  14. The ball used should be the Pokeball it was caught in the 3rd Gen. read this guide for hax values: http://projectpokemon.org/forums/showthread.php?218-~Guide-to-44h-45h-46h-47h-and-85h-Values~ The Zapdos should say "Distant Land". The date met would be the date of the migration.
  15. Yes, well unless such claims can be verified its best to have a ability that matches the PID.
