I am so confused on how to use this

any of you think you know how to send this to your game? I read through all the posts but i am still confused on how to get the .psk file into the game

you can send pokegen pokemon to your DS without downloading ANYTHING. You just need to use the site called pokemon selector. It is also a very simplified version of pokegen (but only allows custimization of IVs, EVs, nature, item, and moves) and includes all event pokemon. To send pkm. files just click on the right, upload you own GEN 4 files. On that page you also have the option to switch to sending GEN 5 files. It is really a cool site so check it out!

Everytime i try to connect to pokemon dream world i get a communication error, but no error code. when I try GTS get the error code 13274. can somebody please help?

Whenever i connect to dream world i get a communication error. There is no error code and i did not use AR. can someone please help me? I am using a ds lite and when i tried using the GTS it worked. Edit: now the GTS does not work, i get the error code 13274. Wi-fi club works though Edit 2: Ok, I got the solution, and that is I had auto-obtain DNS to NO and i had a primary DNS server inputed, so i had to put auto-obtain DNS to YES.
