Now days, the only one's I mentioned that seem to be worthwhile are Serebii and Nintendo Pals.

PokeCommunity might go well for you, also, since, a lot like PP, they deal quiet a bit with mostly, but not entirely Pokemon related stuff having to do with ROM's, and other technical stuff I've never been familiar with.
