I'm probably the wrong person to ask all that, as that is not my field of expertise. Hex values are values with a base of 16 and it is used primarily to assign values to certain attributes. For example, some hex values can determine a Pokemon's location of where it was found and what type of ball it is caught in.

A private DNS?
You know, if you start a private DNS, then only people in your house can connect to your server.
I know! You could use ShinyGTS/DTS. Those programs are awesome for starting a DNS server. But if you wanna find your public DNS, you should click here.

It takes a LOT to start a DNS server. If you say you're not that great with computers, then I don't think I could help you. Sorry!

By trading the extra Pokemon you got yesterday, do you mean being able to trade them to someone over Wi-Fi?

I don't think I could trade with you in Wi-Fi Club, because I don't have much time tonight to trade. Besides, my PC boxes are getting full...
And if you want to trade the Pokemon on the regular GTS or GTS Negotiations, I'm not sure if the Pokemon would be legal enough to be allowed for trade.
