  1. My girlfriend just lost her copy of HeartGold (long story short; she keeps her bin next to her bedside table, silly girl) and unfortunately that meant 150hrs+ of Pokémon as well as all the events (Pokéwalker routes, Mew, Celebi, Jirachi, Shiny Beasts, Enigma Stone) went with it. Now, I know that I can't retroactively back up her save file, but I was wondering if anyone would mind explaining to me in baby steps (assume I know nothing) how I could put the events onto a new cart, as legit looking as possible. I'd also like to make a decent facsimile of one or two of the Pokémon she used in her squad (just normal Pokémon she'd caught in her game), again, as legit looking as can be. I really am clueless, I have no idea about editing save files or anything like that, but I'm not computer illiterate and I'm a fast learner, so I'm happy to give it a go. I've seen a USB adapter for backing up saves, would getting one of these be a good start? Is there anything I should be wary of when buying one? At least if I can back up saves, it won't happen again with her copy of White Thanks for your help in advance, guys. I can't promise anything in return apart from the satisfaction that you'll have made one lovely lady very happy. I suppose I could post a picture of her happy, grateful face, we'll play that by ear.
