  1. Nickname filters weren't introduced until Gen 5, but nicknames in my Gen 4 save files are being marked as illegal based on these future generations' standards. Please excuse the embarrassing nicknames I thought were funny when I was like, 12. 073 - LilDipshit - 594F27251D6C.pk4 111 - RHYPORN - E4222DB4FA35.pk4 252 - WTF - 4D8D4A8A4DDC.pk4 479 - 0123456789 - B21D61031E34.pk4 POKEMON D.sav
  2. When I started X, I decided I wanted to start my shiny collection anew, so I wonder traded all my old shinies from earlier games. This included three I caught/hatched myself in Diamond, and now I very much regret getting rid of them. I recently found backup .pkm files of all of them and converted them to .pk6, and now I'd like someone to inject and trade them to me. Can anyone do this? Please and thank you.
  3. I'm trying to play Pokemon XD on my Wii, and have been running into a problem. If I go into my Wii's data management menu and check the Gamecube memory card, it says I have a save file that was created in December 2006. However, when I boot up my game and select continue, I get a text box that says "The Memory Card in Slot A does not contain Story Mode saved data to continue from!" Since the saved data is shown to be present on the memory card, despite my game telling me otherwise, I'd like to know if there is any way for me to recover it, so that I can trade my party to Sapphire and migrate them up to X. If at all possible, I'd like to be able to achieve this without needing to buy anything, but I'm desperate enough to consider it if I have no other options.
  4. My first was a Rattata in Crystal, which I found when I was training my Nidorino. I flipped out when I saw it sparkle. Sadly, I lost my Crystal version at a hotel shortly afterwards.
  5. Here's a Miltank I chained in my Diamond version. I was extremely lucky to have caught her on a chain of only three. She's in Gen 4 format. Shiny Miltank..pkm
  6. Oh, and one more thing I noticed. I saw that it correctly identifies FR/LG roamers with an IV total of >38 as hacked, due to the roaming IV glitch. However, it does not do so for Ruby/Sapphire roamers. According to Bulbapedia, Ruby and Sapphire also have that glitch.
  7. Not sure if this has been mentioned before, but certain PCNY events are coming up as "Unknown GBA PID". http://www.pokecheck.org/?p=detail&uid=741400 http://www.pokecheck.org/?p=detail&uid=10643 I'm not sure if the Seviper is a legit PCNY Pokemon in the first place, but the Machamp definitely is; I got it at the Gotta Catch 'Em All Station in 2004. Unfortunately, all I have is my word that it's a real PCNY event, since it's not in any event database. Also, what about the legality checker also telling if a Pokemon can legitimately be a certain level? For example, I edited this otherwise legitimate Typhlosion to have an impossible level, but the legality checker still claims the level to be valid. Original: http://www.pokecheck.org/?p=detail&uid=1020152 Edited level: http://www.pokecheck.org/?p=detail&uid=1033190
  8. That's... not the point. The point was that Pokecheck was saying Hyper Beam was a valid move for an Eevee. Whatever. It's fixed now.
  9. Here's one that Pokechecker marks as valid but isn't: an Eevee hacked to know Hyper Beam. The legality checker says Hyper Beam is a legal move for Eevee, but according to Bulbapedia it isn't. http://www.pokecheck.org/?p=detail&uid=154281
  10. I'm not sure how the different Pokerus types work, but yes, there are other types. My Victini has legit Pokerus that the site identifies as type 7.3, and my Linoone has hacked Pokerus that the site identifies as the default strain.
  11. I've noticed that being nicknamed with any species name is considered hacked by Pokecheck, not just the species name of the Pokemon being checked. Case in point: http://www.pokecheck.org/?p=detail&uid=430812
