Hey, if I want to make a speed IV of 0 (for gyro ball) what number do I replace the 1F with?

Thanks a bunch! Does that work the same for the EV modifiers, so that you can have something either than 252 (fb in hex)?

Hey, saw you looking for a 30 IV marker- found this myself, hope it helps; it's like the regular one, but you have to go out of the box before you can see the IV change. Here's the one for Speed-

If you want ones for the other IV values, just take the "1f" part of line 6, right section (from the individual IV changers, not the one for all at once) and change it from "1f" to "1e" for 30 and so on down the hex list for lower and lower values. Only the second one needs to be changed. You can see the pattern if you compare line 6 in the above to it in the one below. The one below is for 31 Speed IVs. Hope I helped. Same thing was driving me crazy.
