I think you'd have to generate it first and acquire the desired Pokemon from PGF Card. I don't think there's a way to generate them yet. I usually have to do it like that if I want to make a pkm.

If you wanted to extract a PGF Card though, PMGE does it via Save As for the particular Card without touching anything on the Card. And Pokesav will do it fine, you just want some kind of locale for Applications on set to Japanese before saving the Card.
